I had a very uncomfortable and upsetting experience with the hotel’s airport shuttle driver. When I took the shuttle from the airport to the hotel, the driver did not help me load or unload my luggage at all. Despite providing no assistance with my bags, he openly and repeatedly pressured me for a tip. He rubbed his thumb and fingers together in the universal gesture for money and told me that since I had used the shuttle like an Uber, I should “make him happy.” What made the situation even more disturbing was that he did not say anything like this to the male passengers. He only pressured me, a woman, for money. His behavior felt intimidating enough that I gave him a tip simply because I felt uncomfortable and wanted to get out of the situation. After checking in, I was still so unsettled by the experience that I did not feel comfortable sleeping in the dark and kept the lights on in my room that night. Unfortunately, the same thing happened again the next day when I took the shuttle back to the airport. Once again, he did not help with my luggage, and once again, after I got off the shuttle, he asked me for a tip. I understand that tipping shuttle drivers may be customary, especially when they assist with luggage or provide helpful service. However, directly and repeatedly pressuring a guest for a tip—particularly in a way that made me feel intimidated—is completely different. Travelers who plan to rely on this hotel’s airport shuttle should be aware of my experience. I especially think female travelers should take this into consideration when deciding whether to stay at this hotel.

Excellent bright looking hotel. Hotel was very clean and staff were friendly and accommodating. Found it to be better than some of the 3 star hotels in the area. Would definitely stay here again

When I arrived at the reception, the worker was very great and explained the entire hotel procedure to me! but in room 207 a trash can had garbage and the microwave had no plate! and in the morning I got up for breakfast when I left my room the staff that works do not greet the guests! The cleaning girl didn't even say hello or good morning, no one says hello, guests are greeted with a smile! The only one who was great was the breakfast lady, she spoke to us and greeted us with a good morning! but the terrible cleaning staff have no respect for the guests at all, the girl who was going to clean the room said they are going to leave and with a disgusting face 🥴🥴

It’s was a good stay

The hotel elevator does not work, rooms were not clean, no where to buy water or any drinks - No vending machine at all in all the floors.
