Good place to visit
This resort location is very serene and next to the forest. Resorts is well maintained and has good decent facilities. You need to be careful if you are reaching the location late in the evening due to electrification of properties due to elephant issues

Great forest vibe stay with peaceful surroundings
We stayed at Whispering Willows as a group of three friends during our South trip, and it turned out to be a great choice. The property is surrounded by greenery and gives a proper jungle vibe. The rooms were clean, spacious enough for three people, and well maintained. The atmosphere is very calm — waking up to birds and fresh forest air was honestly one of the best parts of the stay. The highlight for us was definitely the breakfast. It was really good — fresh, tasty, and satisfying before heading out for safari and sightseeing. It felt homely rather than commercial, which we appreciated. Overall, it’s a solid option if you’re looking for a peaceful, nature-focused stay with good food. Would definitely recommend for friends or small groups visiting Mudumalai.

Whispers of the wild 🌲
A perfect getaway surrounded by pristine nature and lush greenery! The location is completely secluded from any city atmosphere, offering a truly relaxing experience. There’s a small trekking trail within the plantation itself, which added a touch of adventure to our stay. We were thrilled to spot a wild elephant, a giant squirrel, and even a hornbill with its striking long bill. Ideal place for nature lovers and those looking to unwind amidst serene surroundings.
