The hotel's facilities were fantastic, offering a range of amenities that made our stay comfortable. The location was convenient for exploring the area, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the property was well-maintained and the bathroom and hot water were top-notch. The Wi-Fi worked well, making it easy to stay connected during our visit.

Location? 10/10. Everything else? Not quite. Easy check-in, helpful staff, and just a short walk to Taipan, making it super convenient for food and other essentials. Just be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs, as there’s no lift. The room was decent, but the bathroom cleanliness was disappointing- it was obvious it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly. On top of that, the walls seem paper-thin. I could hear footsteps, guests chatting, and even the reception phone ringing from inside my room. Great location, but the overall comfort didn’t live up to my expectations. Sadly, I won’t be staying here again or recommending it.

Good location with many food options nearby. Cleanliness and facilities are okay. However, I was disappointed with the reception service. I booked and paid for a room with a window. Before check-in, I confirmed with the receptionist that the room had a window, and they said yes. But when I entered the room, there was no window. I had to return to the reception to request the correct room. The room itself was fine, just disappointed with the front desk service.

Quit small & far from my venue. Toilet door transparent, not comfortable. Even though i got it with a low price but at that price i can get a better room. Sorry

The room was adequate for a short stay. Due to my late check-in, I was assigned a room on level 3, which has no lift. This wasn't an issue for me, but it could be problematic for elders and kids. Unfortunately, the water pressure was very low. Just as I was about to finish my bath, the shower ran out of water entirely. I only stayed for a few hours, so I didn't get to experience much more.
