There is no proper service from even if its digital they do not know how to treat a customer and how to manage communication by simple listening they even hung the phone call if they get annoyed like they have paid you not you. I will not recommend this place to anybody who care about respect and integrity..! A simple request was made in the morning that I need an Iron to press my shirt because I had to attend a meeting and the same number same voice of the guy who talked to me by the night in English started to pretend he doesn’t speak English but he understood that I wanted an Iron (Schicken) to press my shirt. Anyway It never came and I left the room earlier than check out time because I couldn’t resist it anymore.. Remember I stood 1 Hour in front of the room because of the poor communication and poor webapp check in because link kept crashing and couldn’t manage to web check in on theri poor web app.. total waste of money and time
