It is a hostel! Which wasn’t clear in the picture provided and there is an additional bunkbed setup in the room. We looked for a&o Munich Hauptbahnhof and found a&o hostel instead. Additional beds/setup in our room made us feel uncomfortable (thinking someone else will come in with a key) even though the staff assured us we are the only guests for the room. Pros: it is really close to the main train and bus station! Cons: next to a major road, can be noisy with traffic, and walls are also thin, we hear conversations and dogs barking at night.

We were first given the floor level room but we requested to be transferred since we dont feel comfy. The 2nd room provided got heater problem but the hotel technician manage to fix immediately for us. Staff were kind enough with our requests and helpful to guide us to navigate Munich tourist area.
