Right when we checked in we were told we had to pay a resort fee of $19.95 which was not mentioned during our reservation through Agoda. Not happy about it. The hot spa is out of commission, the pool is at 65 degree which is a little bit too cold for comfort. Even though it is a non smoking facility, but as we walk through the building, there are many places smells like smoke. especially from the staircase at the 2nd floor. Was trying to locate the golf practice area, and to no avail. Basically we paid for a fee that we do not know we had to pay, and end up not able to use any of the resort amenity.

We booked this hotel last minute and weren’t quite sure what to expect since the reviews were so mixed. We chose it because it was affordable and dog-friendly, and overall, we were pleasantly surprised! The hotel isn’t perfect—the old jacuzzi area has been removed and is a bit of an eyesore—but the rest of the property was pretty clean and had plenty to offer, including a large indoor pool, TV area, arcade-style games, and ping pong. Our ocean-facing ground-floor room was definitely a highlight! The sliding door opened right onto a large grassy area with a basketball court, horseshoe pits, playground, BBQ area, and fire pits. It was especially convenient with our dog since we could easily take her in and out without walking through the entire hotel. For the price and being pet-friendly, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again!

This hotel is located in a lovely and convenient area to access the beach. the rooms were neat and clean and the staff was great. We were very disappointed however to see that the weight room and spa were out of service. We had counted on using that.

Our favorite place to stay when in Westport. Always a comfortable stay. Beautiful view, clean room comfortable bed, friendly staff.

Nice looking property and facility, clean, spacious comfortable room, friendly staff. Walls were perhaps a bit thin as I could easily hear a crying child in the adjacent room. Also, they advertise an oceanfront location which is quite inaccurate, and ocean-view rooms which is technically accurate but misleading. There is literally a forest between the property and the ocean. Still, I found it to be a pleasant location, facility, and stay.
