빅터 하버 홀리데이 파크

This park has been a family favourite for years. We travel down to Victor harbor and stay at the Victor Holiday park a few times every year, always enjoying our stay I til this time, when we encountered very rude, unprofessional management here now. The management couple have no hospitality skill what so ever, and unfortunately gave us a very bad experience while staying at the park with family friends. They basically told us our kids were too loud (it's a holiday park, kids have fun and they make some noise) they did not seem to like our kids at all, and we're very rude to us and the kids. We have never had this problem before and all our kids are well mannered respectful kids, there was no reason for managements behavior towards us. It was a very cold weekend this stay, and the old heater in our unit was broken. When we called the after hours number to let them know and politely ask for a portable heater if possible, we were laughed at by management and they barely seem to want to help us. We had booked through Agoda, and a "KIDS STAY FREE" offer was applied to our booking, on our last night of the stay, management were at our door at 8.30pm with out any notice, telling G us we needed to come in to reception and pay extra for our kids before we leave. These managers were extremely rude, and have completely out us off returning to the park ever again. We have decided to take these issues to Hampshire management as we can not even deal with the park managers and we are very upset with how we've been treated this time. So disappointed

Went for one night, cabin location was perfect for kids to play in the bouncing pillow and playground and the waterpark was a hit. Will be going back and for a longer stay next time

You just can't beat victor holiday park. The location, facilities couldn't be more accommodating for families. The park is large and we'll set up for ultimate enjoyment. The facilities have been well thought about and covers every need you could think of, fun for everyone, relaxed settings with ease of getting around and the comfort and peace of mind that the kids are safe while in the park. Victor holiday park really do offer something above most others anywhere you go, peace, tranquility, fun and comfort all set out in a well designed large property all while being pretty much right in the centre of victor harbor and close by to everything. With all of this on offer, victor holiday park are always offering the best price year round, with deals running throughout the year. You've done well to create and maintain that affordable family park getaway that so many parks seem to be loosing. 10 out of 10 victor holiday, we will return year after year

Place ok but not having Internet an issue.

Lovely park for families. Great facilities for kids. Pool, mini golf. Pool slide fantastic. Cabin was good but bathroom needs updating. Shop was great.
