Thipwararom homestay

At first, I thought I was lost. Thought I had booked a hotel room . But this is a “homestay,”, a private room in a 3-room guest house, managed by a wonderful lady, who lives across the street. Very comfortable, peaceful, mellow cats hanging around. Excellent wi-fi. Back deck/sitting area overlooking a quiet pond. You can use their bicycles for free ir rent their motor bike for 250 baht per day. There is a nice little bar at street side for a drink and casual conversation. The manager gave me a ride to SeaStar’s pier when SeaStar didn’t show up as scheduled to pick me up. A great value for the money. and a nice peaceful spot for a time out.

owner was helpful. stunning riverside view. everything as advertised and more, much more. i'd recommened it to everyone. wait no more, go ahead and book, you wont regret. note: preferably if you have your own transport. i hired a scooter throughout my time in khao lak

Tucked away in a quiet back lane, this is easily one of the best homestays I’ve stayed at. The room was spotless, the mattress very comfortable, and it came with both air-conditioning and a fan. A real highlight is the platform behind the house, overlooking what feels like a peaceful pond — the sunrise there is absolutely beautiful. Eang, the owner, is always cheerful and incredibly helpful, happily sharing great local food recommendations. There are several local eateries and restaurants within walking distance. While it’s not in a prime location, it offers a genuine taste of life in a small town, which made the stay even more special.
