Stay was pricier. The hotel employs a minimalist concept limiting supplies and thus cutting cost. hair dryers, dental kits etc which are readily available at such price point are supplied in request here. The same equipment is taken from you to give to someone else. Location is good. but overall ambience inside the hotel is not that welcoming and receptive. They have cut cost on interior lighting as well wherein lights are switched on at 6 pm whereas interiors should be well lit be it day or night. Overall a satisfactory experience but could have been much better at 3k per day.

I have stayed in many top hotels of the country but bloom has surprised me with their redefining hospitality in india. The group has well understood what the traveller's need most and have aptly provided that namely space, cleanliness, hygiene, affordability, and no frills. Their rooms are bright and lake facing. Bathrooms are clean. Rooms have minimal furniture so that you have space to move. But, Their pillows are too big. The cushions on the bed have hard feel and feel plasticy. Better they do something about it. Their rooms have openable double windows which may become dangerous for kids and even for unsuspecting Adults. The Srinagar bloom has a very nice terrace for outside eating. The view of Dal lake and setting sun is fabulous. However, their food especially the breakfast isn't value for money. They need to work on customer delight than on earning revenue anyhow through food. If one is booking one must take room with breakfast because at Rs. 750 per person it is over priced.

My stay at Hotel Bloom in Katra was a very comfortable and pleasant experience. The hotel offers great facilities along with a lovely ambience, and the cleanliness throughout the property is truly commendable. The rooms were well-maintained, neat, and comfortable, making the stay relaxing. The support staff was excellent—courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist, which added a lot of value to the overall experience. The location is also convenient, especially for travelers visiting Vaishno Devi. One area where improvement can be made is the restaurant. While the setup and facilities are good, the taste and overall food quality can be enhanced. The food was decent, but there is definitely scope for improvement, which could make this hotel one of the best in Katra. Overall, it is truly value for money, and I would definitely recommend it to families and travelers.

The location is fanstastic, making it easy to explore the area, while cleanliness f the property stands out. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, enhancing the overall experience. Although the facilities could use some improvement, the room size was generous, ensuring a comfortable sleep. Just be prepared for a less-than stellar view from the room , and be wanting for sunshine coming into the room (especially the road side rooms).

The property is clean and well-maintained, conveniently located at the center, within walking distance of the market. The breakfast is delightful, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.
