Good to stay 1 night 2 days to comoletr everything with kids. Friendly staff. Better to come with your own vehicle so you can drive around in case yiu want to head out of the resort for diner

I paid around THB 3,000 per night, including an extra bed, and unfortunately I did not feel that the experience was worth the price. With this budget, I would recommend looking at other accommodation in Khao Yai. The good points were the room itself. It was clean and comfortable, and the television had Netflix. However, most of the facilities and areas around the house were either too dirty, poorly maintained, or not usable. The outdoor bench was too dirty to sit on. The wooden bathtub on the second floor was dirty, and the fake grass used to decorate the area around it was also extremely dirty. There was no water heater in the bathroom, so we could not properly shower or use the bathtub. The grass around the house was very high, so we could not comfortably walk anywhere apart from the front of the house. Some facilities were out of order, while others were too dirty to use. The fitness room had such a strong smell that we could not stay inside. The theatre in the trees looked abandoned, with piles of leaves and small tree branches everywhere. Breakfast was one of the most disappointing parts. There was no fruit, and only one type of egg was provided: sunny-side up. Hot coffee and tea were served in paper cups, while the other cups were plastic and looked very cheap. The food line felt more like a school cafeteria or basic company seminar lunch than breakfast at a family resort. The hotel advertises itself as a dream destination for families, but during our stay it appeared to focus mainly on hosting seminar groups. I understand that this may help the business, but guests paying the normal family rate may be shocked by the difference between the price, the advertising, and the actual experience. Wonderland next to the resort requires an additional entrance fee of THB 250 per adult and THB 150 per child. We were the only family inside, while loud music played throughout the park. We felt uncomfortable using some of the rides because the park was so empty and quiet. There were several animals, including a family of giraffes and one lion. Most animal areas did not look too bad, and I understand that maintaining such a large place and caring for the animals must be extremely expensive. However, the lion enclosure was concerning. The lion was alone, and the enclosure and small pond looked dirty and lonely. We could also hear the lion roaring at night. The best part of Wonderland was the dinosaur area, especially the Time Cave, which displayed fossils and was genuinely interesting. Overall, the room was clean, but the facilities, breakfast, maintenance, and overall atmosphere did not match a ***-per-night family resort experience. The property has a lot of potential, but it needs significant maintenance and improvement before it can offer good value at this price.

This place is absolutely disgusting. For 2400 baht a night, it’s absolutely overpriced for what they could offer. The room smells like cigarettes and they just gave us an air purifier. If it wasn’t for my child’s friend’s birthday party, we would have left. Water not running in the morning. The pool is just gross. They didn’t even clean the pool. I’d stay away from this place. For 2400 baht a night there are many better options out there at khao yai.

THE PLACE IS QUITE ABANDONED. There was a sewage smell around the pool very unhygienic. We have to leave earlier than planned.
