The room we stayed had a foul sewage smell from the sink, the kettle was dirty, and there was no fridge on our room spoiling our food. They made a mistake on our bill at checkout, after I paid what I was charged, they called me later, treating me like we did something wrong before admitting it was their error. Better customer service training is definitely needed here. I have stayed at many hotels, and this was one of the poorest experiences I have had.

Location is secluded but lots of resorts nearby so safe for family. Road in the area are uncomfortable. Resort has nice food, staff, amenities, locations and views.
