DORMERO Hotel Bergstrom Luneburg

Lovely location and clean, spacious room—really lovely! However, the hotel staff felt a bit cold and not very welcoming. Maybe it’s just a cultural difference, but I felt they were just staring without much interaction. The underground parking area is also very narrow, which made it difficult to drive through. I stayed for 7 days while visiting my partner’s family. Overall, I’d stay again for the location and value. I can't really complain beyond that.

The staff are very friendly. Bed is very fluffy & comfortable. It was not really a practical shower room though. There's a glass wall half way from shower side & no door on other half. Shower head moved around & wets everywhere. WiFi didn't work entire time but there's no phone in the room to call front desk. TV also didn't work. Might be good for detoxing from social media things. But I enjoyed the stay very much.

We stayed in the middle of the week so it was not so expensive and not so busy. Great location, nice pool and wellness, very good breakfast, good lounge. Parking 20 euro per day. It is a bit low on staff for its size, very hard to contact also prior to arrival. Anyway we had a great stay but lucky it was not too busy.

The location is gold! Very beautiful and clean rooms and facilities. Great sauna spa. The in house parking with 19€ is too expensive. For guests there should be a free parking or at least parking on a reduced price. Otherwise everything was wonderfully and we would return.
