The room is nice and cozy, and the receptionist, valet attendant, and maintenance worker are all very kind and polite. However, the ladies who clean the rooms were very rude. On the first morning, I woke up at 7 a.m. because of loud voices from staff members chatting close to my room. I asked them politely to speak more quietly, and after that, they started treating me badly. Once I got up, I asked for a spoon for my coffee, since the room has a kettle and a cup, but they told me spoons were only available at the restaurant. So I went to the restaurant to ask for one, but it was still closed — and the lady knew that. About 10 minutes later, she finally brought me a spoon. During the following days, they never cleaned the rubbish from my room, even when I left it outside on the porch where they could clearly see it. They also didn’t replace the toilet paper or bring me any, even after I asked for it. Every day, the restaurant staff turned on very loud music at 7 a.m., even before the restaurant opened for guests. The music, along with heavy bass coming from large speakers, could be heard clearly inside my bedroom and continued all day until 11 p.m. This is not a peaceful place to rest. Even after I asked if they could avoid playing loud music so early in the morning, they did not care.

Pro : Despite poor weather when i was there, the staff optimize and accommodate me really well. Provided me vehicle with driver for personal use, great vibe of its restaurant, delicious food, and very friendly staff. And it’s only 5 min to Pulau Merah beach. Cons : room lil bit dim for me and not spacey enough. Old utensils, no refrigerator, no liquid soap. Overall : best for its price, 4/5.

古いホテルでお湯の出とトイレの水があまり出ないが、スタッフの対応良く、レストランも美味しかった。(昼はやってない)
