Very nice room, new, modern, clean and tidy with a balcony. You can look down on the bay from there. It's located on a quiet side street up the hill, only the refrigerator was rather loud and you could hear the piping when somebody used the bathroom. Otherwise good facilities, AC working, WiFi fast, good mattress in the bed. You can walk down stairs to the water in town in about 5-10 minutes. The owners were friendly, parking was available in front of the house for free. 2 supermarkets are just a few minutes walk nearby as well as 2 restaurants. Overall very good for the around 51€ I paid per night.
