Had a very difficult and challenging stay as at the beginning upon check-in, high resolution, could not be found, which led to me waiting at the check-in for an hour. The lady that manages the hotel reservation in Lahore was not picking up the phone. Upon check-in, I discovered that the facility is promised in the room or not there. There was no TV and no heating in the room. After I complain and requested to speak to the manager, the lady in Lahore contacted me and I informed her about the false advertising of facilities. She made excuses about that and said that these are new rooms, and hence the reason the TV was missing . At night the temperature of the room dropped 11°C and we were shivering in the cold. Eventually a gas heater was provided but it was not able to heat the room. I have pictures of the room temperature and then we asked the lady in Lahore to switch to a different room, she indicated that there will be a Rs.6500 charge, basically, even though the hotel management is fully aware of all the issues and could’ve fixed issues during our stay, they chose not to do it. I would recommend you stay away from this and try the other really good hotels in the area I stayed in the other hotel after this terrible state, and was very satisfied .

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location
The hotel was the cleanest we had during our trip in Pakistan, although the bathroom drain in our room was very smelly. The room next to us was not. The staff were lovely and very helpful, they took very good care of us. Meal service was very slow, but that is not unusual in Pakistan it seems. The hotel is new and seems to be still under construction. It will probably look amazing once finished. We were 4 women travelling and got 2 double rooms. The views were absolutely beautiful. Boats can be hired nearby and there is a small bazar and resraurants nearby.
