We really enjoyed our stay at the Wingate by Wyndham Dieppe Moncton. The hotel is modern, clean and well maintained, the rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the interaction with the front desk staff. When entering or leaving the hotel, there was rarely a spontaneous “Good morning,” “Have a nice day,” or even a simple “Goodbye.” Maybe some people would consider that nitpicking, but I personally think these small gestures make a big difference. Hospitality isn’t only about having a beautiful, modern hotel and a good breakfast. It’s also about making your guests feel seen and appreciated. There is plenty of competition in the hotel business, so why not stand out from the rest by adding that little bit of personal attention? A friendly greeting costs nothing, but it can leave a lasting impression — and it’s exactly the kind of thing that makes guests want to come back. Overall, a very nice and modern hotel with great facilities and a good breakfast. With just a little more warmth and personal attention from the front desk, the experience could be even better.

I like this place, it's considerably brand new building. Everywhere inside the building smells good and the staffs are welcoming.

We had a lovely few days here. Everyone of the staff was so attentive and friendly, from check-in to checkout. Large room with walk in shower. Good breakfast with plenty of choices. Everywhere was spotlessy clean Excellent coffee and iced water on tap all day in reception. We got a complimentary late checkout which was really appreciated. Had a swim in the pool which was good too. Absolutely no complaints and we will be back again. Micheál and Mary Murphy, Wexford Ireland

We stayed for a couple nights. The rooms were clean and the staff was great. The hotel was quiet too.

Had an amazing stay, the location of the hotel is the icing on the cake. There’s a small community park behind the hotel with activities and live music . The allow pets and the pet fee was quite reasonable compared to the other hotels I looked at. Highly recommended!
