The resort stay was good. The room which we stayed in was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the toilet was huge. Just that on the 2nd day of our stay we requested for a make up room service in the morning. However, when we returned during the evening we see that the room was still not done. Approached the front desk thereafter it was resolved almost instantly. Thank you so much for that. The resort also consisted of a pool lounge, swimming pool and a kids room which was great for my kids. A famosa safari world and water park is also just 5 mins drive from the resort which was a plus point. The only thing is that the resort location was about an hour or so away from the city. Still highly recommend this resort for those who wish to have a peaceful and relaxing stay out of the city area.

Saya menginap di PARKROYAL A’Famosa Melaka Resort baru-baru ini. Secara keseluruhan, pengalaman menginap memang selesa. Bilik bersih dan cantik, memang selesa untuk berehat. Sarapan pagi juga banyak pilihan dan rasanya ok — sesuai dengan standard hotel bertaraf tinggi. Cuma satu kekurangan, tiada tempat menarik berdekatan resort, jadi agak sunyi kalau nak keluar jalan-jalan. Secara keseluruhan, penginapan yang baik untuk rehat dan tenangkan diri, tapi kurang sesuai kalau anda cari aktiviti atau hiburan sekitar kawasan hotel.

A nice place for quick getaway. Room was very clean cosy. Got a club room therefore check in at the club lounge was a breeze. But then the cocktail hour and breakfast selection at the club lounge was very limited. A big shoutout to Ms Layla at the front desk of the club lounge who was very welcoming, friendly & showed great hospitality. She was very attentive to notice it was my birthday and came up with a lovely cake as a token of celebration. Little details like this makes a stay more memorable

We stayed in a room suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids , spacious and comfortable with a queen bed. I liked that the shower and toilet were in separate area, which was convenient for families. However, cleanliness and maintenance could be improved. We found long hair in the room upon check-in. The towel holder in the toilet were also detached. We ordered food and coconut drinks by the pool, but the plate covering the coconut was dirty, I even found leftover food stuck to it. The coconut drinks themselves were okay, but presentation and cleanliness could be better. The breakfast buffet was held in the ballroom, which I understand was due to the large number of guests and limited restaurant space. However, the food selection was average, and some of the plates and coffee cups were not cleaned properly. The kids club area was quite nice, and my children enjoyed spending time there. However, the walkway leading to it had a strong smell, which made it uncomfortable to pass through. Overall, I would consider coming back because the room itself was comfortable, and the kids enjoyed the facilities, but I really hope the hotel improves its cleanliness, maintenance, and food hygiene standards.

The location and breakfast selection are good. However, the kids’ room is in very poor condition and badly needs improvement. The check-in process is extremely slow and inefficient. I have stayed here 3–4 times, and on at least two occasions the check-in was unacceptably slow. Despite multiple stays, these same issues keep happening with no visible improvement. This is very disappointing and reflects poor management attention.
