• 1. An additional charge will be applied if the number of guest at check-in is more than the number of persons in the booking.

• 2. Strictly no smoking inside the house.

• 3. Only light cooking is allowed. Cooking utensils are provided as is basis.

• 4. Please be mindful of cleanliness. No unwashed dishes and utensils in the Kitchen to prevent pests. Please throw the waste to the refuse dustbin located at outside house.

• 5. Please turn off the light and air-conditioning when not in the unit to reduce electricity consumption. Together we protect our mother earth for our next generation.

• 6. Turn the voice volume low after 10pm. Always remember this is not hotel, neighbors are family residents who need a quiet environment during sleeping time.

• 7. Strictly NO speaker, PA system, Karaoke, music instrument during the stay to avoid disturbing neighbors.

• 8. Relocating furniture is Strictly Prohibited.
