We chose this hotel because of the location which is walking distance to the port that can cross over to Hong Kong. The MTR is just 5 mins walk (Futian KouAn) and there are 2 lines 4 and 10 which we can travel to many places conveniently. Recommended to those who need to cross over to Hong Kong.

Good location for travellers from Hong Kong, easy reach from MTR checkpoint. Neighborhood is relatively quiet compared to exhibition centre where the big malls are. Easy access to line 4 and line 10, which can bring you to the sights. Great to have Starbucks below hotel and convenience stores nearby. Hotel is not exactly big, but clean and comfortable. Housekeeping lady is thoughtful and friendly too.

It's a nice hotel. The location is excellent for those arriving from HK via Lok Ma Chau. The room was spacious and comfortable. In my experience, the staff weren't able to speak any English so I didn't really receive either good or bad service in that respect. I think if you can speak Putonghua well you will be fine.

We recently stayed at the Hampton by Hilton in Shenzhen and had a truly pleasant experience. I would especially like to commend Ms. Timmy, who was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. The rest of the staff were also attentive, courteous, and eager to assist. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable — we were genuinely impressed by the quality and upkeep of the hotel. Initially, one of the rooms had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke, but the hotel staff responded immediately and arranged a room change without any fuss, which we greatly appreciated. Though we typically skip breakfast, we decided to give it a try — and were pleasantly surprised. While the food wasn’t particularly outstanding in taste, the ingredients used were of good quality, and everything was clean, fresh, and well-prepared. There was only one disappointment: we had booked connecting rooms but, unfortunately, did not receive them. That was truly disheartening, as it was an important part of our booking. Nonetheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return. If we visit Shenzhen again, this will certainly be our hotel of choice. It's a rather older facility compared to other Shenzhen hotels in the area. The best thing about it is the location. It's right across from the train station where HK people land after crossing the border. The decor is functional but dated. Staff - some are really nice and helpful, but some are just so-so. The breakfast isn't great so you can skip if it requires additional cost for staying.
