Awesome stay at roar . Staff was so friendly and quick responsive on the required helps . Food was amazing just the food cost was little higher . Dj night and lawn sitting arrangement was so memorizing and food service was also well maintained by the staff. Last but not the least the swiming pooool where we had lots of fun and with ur love ones .

Our stay in March was just before peak occupancy, which meant the property was relatively quiet and less crowded—an advantage for those seeking a more relaxed experience. We stayed in the Sambha rooms, which feature bunk beds and are functionally suited for people traveling with kids (they love it). While the layout is practical, the overall finish and detailing of cupboards & bedside tables do not align with what one might expect from an upscale stay. The property is located approximately 1 km off the main tar road. This last stretch can become particularly inconvenient during rains, turning into a challenging off-road drive—as was the case during our visit. Guests with low-clearance vehicles should exercise caution. On the positive side, the property offers secure parking, landscaped gardens, around 10–12 cottages, a swimming pool, a children’s play area and an in-house restaurant. The infrastructure is well-conceived. Given the remote location, opting for a all meal-inclusive plan is advisable, as external dining options are a 30–40-minute drive away. That said, the restaurant pricing feels high, while portion sizes do not consistently justify the cost-though one can appreciate the logistical challenges of operating in such a location. Cleanliness standards are acceptable; however, the finer aspects of room maintenance require attention. The finishing of doors and furniture appears subpar, and signs of dampness in some rooms detract from the overall comfort and experience. In summary, the property has strong potential owing to its setting and basic amenities, but it currently sits in a space where pricing, positioning and delivery are decently aligned.

The road from main road to resort should be repaired at priority. It takes 15-20 mins to reach the resort from main road due to poor road otherwise it is the way of only 4-5 mins max...our car touches from bottom with stones laying there on road...

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff was incredibly warm, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was absolutely delicious—every meal felt thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. The interiors of the property are stunning—elegant, well-maintained, and designed with great attention. Supporting staff, great food, clean rooms, lots of space outside, exceptional and affordable resort
