Worst behavior of the staff named Venkatesh and the cleanliness is pathetic
I stayed at Anna nagar Le grace for three days, cleanliness is disgusting, the room, mattress, pillows were stinking like hell and the staff named Venkatesh exhibited his arrogance and he was very rude at the time of checking in. Room, mattress, pillows were very unhygienic and smelled really bad, when contacted for help no response and nobody picked the call. I would strongly not recommend this place at all owing the very bad behavior the staff, very bad smelling room and restroom.
