The resort is located by the Vembanad lake - one of the best slots in the city. The parking is seperated by a stream mandating you to be ferried to the resort on a boat. As you set foot off the boat, you are welcomed by the wonderful sight of the lake. The infinity pool was the highlight of our stay here. Rooms are average and flies/ mosquitos outside a bit of a nuisance preventing guests from spending more time out in the open. Delicious local food and hospitality however makes up for it! All in all, a good spot for a couple of days' stay.

Lovely property. Very courteous and helpful staff. Bathrooms need upgrade.

Highlights of this hotel are quiet, waterfront setting, clean rooms and attentive staff. Things I found lacking were: (1) the absence of insect nets on windows, and (2) for those seeking exercise, walking spaces are limited and the fitness centre was closed, presumably for repair (the pool, however, is well maintained)

An Average stay
Entire vacation mood got spoiled with receptionist behaviour and attitude.( only one lady) Food options better to take it from Outiside and chargeing 18% GST on food. If you just want to relax and enjoy evening vibe good option..Location is that beautiful.

A quiet Get away
The CocoBay Resort cuts you off from the hustle and bustle of every day city life. The limited number of guests adds to the feeling of being in an exclusive place. At times the staff seemed as if they were overworked. Most of them smiled anyways.,,😊 The Christmas and New year season prices were a bit steep..But I got what I wanted . Peace, beauty, calm.
