Requested for early check in so we can go to EK early but did not reply… upon arrival,, we were charged additional P400 for the early check in but we were not informed of that… the elevator in building is not functioning so we have to climb up the stairs to go to the unit in 5th floor… the given unit was not the same as the picture as advertised… no official receipt were given for the payment on our accommodation as well as for the additional charge for early check-in… upon arrival, there were no towels in the unit, we had to request it.. we were not also informed of the break period of the shuttle service from the main gate of ciudad de san jose going to san jose residencias so we have to walk about 10-15minutes under the hot weather in the area.. they should have specified in the description of the property so those who will accomodate prior going to EK will not get tired of walking, going up the stairs up to the 5th floor…

The place is good, its clean and affordable. Excellent location, walking distance from Enchanted kingdom. Staff are very accomodating. Thank you so much!

First of all, nagreresponse naman yung host pero sobrang tagal guys. Hindi lang to out of frustration okay? nagpapacancel kami the night before our check-in because galing kami bulacan and nung august 29 nagkaroon ng massive flooding due to habagat sa buong bulacan at may mga daan na hindi madaanan kasi nga baha. nagreklamo na nga kami sa costumer service ng agoda pero unresponsive itong host nito kaya di narefund yung booking namin. Agoda mismo at itong host ang may problema. Hindi pa matawagan yung mismong number ng host. Winait nalang ata talaga lumipas yung check in namin at di na nagrespons para ang dating e nag no show kami kahit nakiusap naman kami. Kaya pala ang baba ng reviews nyo kasi ang bagal ng service nyo. Kaya guys wag kayong magbobook kapag ganito kababa reviews, redflag yan.
