Place is clean, however very bad exp due to another traveller

I have stayed here 2 other times, each time the place was fine. This one time however was a very bad experience. I picked this place due to an early morning start, and went to sleep at 11. Then 2 people came at 11:30 and made a lot of noise with the doors, wooden floor and shower. However, what was really frustrating was someone arriving at 2:30 am and made even more noise, as she loudly swears and stomps around the place. There is minimal sound proofing and it made it imposssible to go back to sleep. She then proceeds to wake up at 7:20 and continues to scream and swear non-stop over the phone until 9:15 when i had to get out of there. She had left chewed gum and clothes in the shower, bananas and used utensils all over. She also smoked right in front of the front door and accusatorily asked me who I was and saying I could be a serial killer. This was an extremely frustrating and scary experience. I know this is not a common experience, however I just want to say that this COULD be one due to the shared nature of this house... Also I previously have asked the host whether I could charge my PHEV there, which he allowed. However, he has since changed his mind. That is up to his choice ofc, but just a note for anyone who needs to charge their car. Other than that, the place is clean and tidy (before that stranger arrived).
