We stayed 4 days and had a good time. PROS: great view, location and a good bed. Also every room has its own balcony to have breakfast or chill seeing the Rinjani. Emi who works there its the best. He was really nice and helpful. He took us on his motobicke to the button of Pergasingan hill and help us to contact private and public transport. CONS: the shower from the bathroom is really really uncomfortuble. Just cold water and really los pression. But that was all.

The bathroom, toilet, damage flush, small shower , and small bathroom, location is good, and blanket has stain from previous guests

Very disappointing experience. The facilities were poorly maintained and overall the stay was uncomfortable. The room smelled musty and damp. The garden area looked messy and not properly maintained. The bathroom was in terrible condition — the toilet flush did not work, and the shower pressure was extremely weak, with water barely coming out. There was also no hot water at all. I already complained to the staff and was moved to another room, but unfortunately the condition was exactly the same. It also seemed like the room was not properly cleaned, only the bed was made, because there were still personal belongings left inside the wardrobe. For a room that costs around IDR *** per night, the facilities and service were very disappointing. The staff also seemed overwhelmed and handling everything themselves. The breakfast portion was very small and below expectations. Overall, it was a very bad experience and I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel feels very old and poorly maintained. There was no proper water supply in the bathroom, and it was extremely dirty. The walls felt damp, the bathroom tap was broken, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the room/bathroom. The Wi-Fi was also very poor with a very weak signal, making it difficult to use. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a clean and comfortable stay.

Guesthouse pas loin du trekking centre du Rinjani et des warungs ,avec des simple bungalows en durs (les nuits sont fraiches et ventés) équipé de salle de bain avec eau chaude.Patronne et personnel adorable et serviable.On a fait le Bukit Pegasingang en partant a pied du site .
