Thanks for the stayplace. It was lovely place. But, i hope u can improve this matter in future. Its quite disapointment. 1st,you did not provide clear instructions on how to access the accommodation, what floor, where to enter, atleast a walk-in guide,to go to the room, which made the check-in process confusing. 2.The issue with the parking fee, as guests are required to pay it themselves throughout the stay. Its very unconvinient. Now,The reimbursement process is quite long and u make it complicated. Overall the place was so nice to stay.wish to recomend it to others, but i wish u can manage this problem in future .THANKS.

Apartment ni bersih dan selesa. Parking pun senang. Kat bawah ada mall. So senang nak beli barang.

Staff lambat merespon and better whatsapp awal sebelum check in.. Housekeeping tak datang2 utk hantar access card pool sehinggalah kami check out.. Tq overall apartment luas dan cantik

We stayed at the 5-bedroom residence and it was awesome. Super spacious, clean, and the beds were really comfy. The room setup was perfect for our group — plenty of space and a good mix of king and single beds. The kitchen was fully equipped, and having a fridge, washing machine, and dryer made the stay super convenient especially for a longer trip. It really felt like a home away from home.

We booked an apartment at Imperial Apartment, but unfortunately our stay was very disappointing due to several technical issues. We made our booking several days in advance, so we do not understand why the apartment was not properly inspected before our check-in date. Before check-in, we were informed that the air cond in our booked apartment was faulty, so the management transferred us to an apartment at the Podium. This was their decision, not something we requested. However, upon arrival at the Podium apartment, we discovered that the master bedroom air cond was also not working. In addition, there was no water heater, so my child had to bathe with cold water, and the living room fan was not functioning either. This is our first time staying at Imperial Apartment, and we certainly did not expect to encounter so many maintenance issues. It was very frustrating and inconvenient, especially when travelling with a child. We hope the management will improve their maintenance procedures and thoroughly inspect every apartment before guests check in. Guests should not have to experience these kinds of problems during their stay. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet our expectations.
