Very disappointing experience – not as advertised I was extremely disappointed with my two-night stay at this hotel. I booked a single room for one person with a large bed, exactly according to the options available on the website. However, when I arrived, I was surprised to find a very small bed that was completely different from what I had selected. When I asked the hotel to change the bed, they refused unless I paid an additional €40 for the two nights to get a larger bed. I was also told that guests/visitors are not allowed. What made the situation even more frustrating is that I was asked to sign an agreement before seeing the room, so I only discovered these conditions after completing the check-in process. Overall, I found the experience extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. The room and conditions did not match what I expected based on the booking options shown on the website. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. Very poor experience and definitely not worth the money.

It’s on good location the tram and bus station is literally in front of the hotel makes it easy to commute around the city. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean. Surely recommended 👍

I stayed one night at this place after a concert near by. The hotel is not great, the room was very warm, the towels provided were very weird texture and didn’t dry your body at all, it just spread the water instead of absorbing it. The room had mosquitoes and overall it was expensive for what they offered. The only positive thing was the location is convenient. But I wouldn’t stay there again. All the other reviews are very on point mentioning the issues with room temperature, bed comfort and noise.

Facilities are poorly provided. No kettle and other basic necessities such as iron or tea bags. There's no ready hot water, will have to go to the reception to ask and waited for the staff to boil.
