Jewels Staycation at Cityland Tagaytay Prime Residences

Malinis and mabango yung room, halatang bagong laba yung mga sheets and towel. Kaso walang shampoo or soap sa CR sana nakalagay sya sa description or details ng booking. Medyo na hassle kami kasi pinag pasa pasahan kami ng Agoda representatives if sino icocontact then charged na card namin tapos yung property number is Dubai number pa, so akala namin na-scam kami lalo na ayaw kami iassist ng front desk kasi wala daw kami room number which is dapat daw meron binigay bago pa kami mag check-in. Yun pala may isa pang care taker na nandon na sa building para mag assist which is 3PM na kami nainform ni Agoda pati yung number ng care taker. Mabait naman yung care taker, late lang din sya bumaba pero sana before mag check in time, sana icheck nya din if nasa baba na yung guests tulad nung ibang ginagawa ng care takers na nasa lobby at hinahanap mga guests nila. Though late na kami nakapag check in tapos 3 hrs kami naghintay sa lobby, overall okay yung room, maganda yung view, half taal and city view. Magbobook ulit kami sakanila and atleast alam na namin yung process pero sana next time before check in mag send na sila ng details sa guests or may caretaker na sila magwawait sa lobby na susundo sa guests.

This is our 3rd time to book Jewel Aubrey Staycation and I must say that this is one of the Best Staycation here in Tagaytay Cityland Prime. Handsdown to the Owner Sir Apollo and Ate Salve for being so accommodating and always ready to answer all our Inquiries. Place is very homey, cozy and clean. They make it a point to always check if there were any problem with the place and immediately change it. Thank you Jewel Aubrey for a very relaxing staycation will surely book the place for the nth time.

Good thing about the place is maaliwalas at comfortable. We are family of six pero kumportable kami nakatulog. Malinis at mabango ang place. Nag aalala ako s mga staycation kasi usually recycled yong beddings based on my experience. Pag alam nilang malinis pa di nila pinapalitan. But dito feel ko bagong palit lahat. At kumpleto din gamit sa kusina. Nag checked in kami because of typhoon uwan, and yes, safe talaga yong place. Friendly pa yong mga guards at staffs dito. We are planning to go back here pag gagala kami ng tagaytay. Ito ulit ibobook namin na place. Bonus pa na napakabait ng owner at caretaker. Di ka mahihirapan kausapin sila. Responsive sa mga inquiries at needs. Which is the best. Sulit yong ibabayad mo dito. Thank You.

We stayed for 2D 1N only but we really had fun and enjoyed our weekend here. Highly recommended since near sa lahat and accessible ang public transpo. Thanks so much, Ms. Salve (caretaker) for answering our queries during our stay hehehe and also sa owner, very accommodating!! 🫶🏻🥰

Location is good, staycation was located in a commercial area. If you’re traveling from Manila, the point where you get off is walking distance to the staycation. Upon arrival, we were accommodated by the security, no contact person was present. There was also a confusion with my booking. Authorization letter was for a different name which was confusing. Contacted the person in charge and they were saying the booking was cancelled. My card was already charged prior my arrival and a contact number for the person in charge was provided so we assumed that booking is confirmed. Talked to the person through the call and eventually everything was sorted out. No amenities were present during the stay. No basic toiletries or amenities were setup in the room. Might be because of sustainability but would be nice to let us know pre arrival so guests are prepared. In our case, we have on hand so it was no big deal. Even so, would be nice to let the guests know ahead of time. Blankets were provided but very small. Could fit only for one person so if you’re a couple, you need to use separate blankets. I don’t expect a very big blanket but standard for couple traveling would do. Room was clean although it was noticeable that the floor was a bit sticky, I don’t know if it was because of room temp, recommend the keeper to scrub the floor.
