Had a great stay at Cleopatra Sidi Heneish Hotel. The food was delicious, and the water at the beach was crystal clear. Special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Habib and the staff for their professionalism, support, and outstanding hospitality. Truly made our stay more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Fully pe-paid reservation through Agoda and the hotel tried to charge extra charge for the reservation. When we presented to the hotel that it is fully paid, they prevented us from checking in for over 4 hours with a child in the lobby until we resolve their issue with Agoda, essentially they used the customer as hostage to resolve the corporate mismatch between the hotel and booking agent, in this case Agoda. Eventually, Agoda resolved the issue with hotel processing the payment and we were able to check in. As a premium hotel, this was very inappropriate to hold customers from checking in knowing that this is a remote location with significant travel involved and a child coming from international travel to waste the first day to be allowed to check in when they clearly had the reservation and held us up. Even after Agoda cleared the issue with the hotel, nothing was offered from the hotel than arguments that it is Agoda's fault when they clearly had record of the reservation. I have never seen anything like this, they really need to understand customer service better. The hotel manager was no where to be found during this. In terms of the stay, this is our second year at this hotel and last year was better, it felt more premium. This year the breakfast and dinner were average for the price, room service was late (after 5pm for one of the days), hotel staff tends to offer too much suggestions rather than let customers relax which is less than ideal for a premium hotel.

We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. The hotel has several pools catering to different moods, including family-friendly areas as well as quieter adult pools. The chilled music around the pool creates a calm, relaxing atmosphere without being intrusive. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the service throughout the hotel was friendly, responsive, and attentive. What impressed us most was the overall atmosphere. The North Coast Mediterranean strip can be extremely busy and lively during August, yet the hotel somehow feels like an isolated island away from all the hustle and noise outside. The beach setup is stylish and beautifully arranged, although the sea can be quite rough most of the time, which may limit swimming. Food was also very good, particularly breakfast, which offered a wide variety of options. Overall, a great choice if you are looking for a relaxing and upscale escape on the North Coast while still being close to everything.
