Only after pre-paying for the room did I discover that this is not a hotel, but a BnB with no checkin staff. The Agoda checkin instructions advised me to go to another hotel 150 metres away to check in there. That hotel advised that, some years in the past, that had been the arrangement but was no longer the case. I rang the nominated number and was told I would be sent check in instructions by sms and email. Half an hour later, no instructions. Rang several more times but no answer. Finally receive an SMS ( but no email or Agoda message) with checkin instructions in German, with stupid excuses instead of an apology. Over an hour of messing around in the cold and rain to self-checkin to a "hotel". Terrible. Spend the extra money and stay at a real hotel.

I stayed for 2 nights which were absolutely comfortable. Easy to find, easy to communicate by phone and mail with friendly staff. Location is wonderful with all imaginable facilities within walking distance of all [price ranges. The room was clean, well mainted and I felt at home right away.

Excellent emplacement, chambre bien équipée, propreté rien a dire communication efficace et simple.

Very very small Place! Small beds Not so worth for money. It was very cold when I entered the room and stayed that way even though I tried heating the room. I would instead pay 4 or 5 euros more and stay at BnB hotel. They had also written to pay extra money 10 euros for cleaning and leave it on table.
