Facilities were amazing but the beach itself is not good. Water is not clear. The resort itself was great and clean.

I would recommend this resort. I love the ambiance, the room, and the jacuzzi.. however, it took so long para mapuno ang jacuzzi ng water. The following day na kami naka jacuzzi. So sad, walang soap to make the tub bubblier pa sana.. also, there were no staff attending to us at the pool area, i mean incase of emergency.. overall the place is nice, not that expensive.. but the beach is di po white sand pero nice naman ang view

I had a deeply disappointing experience at this resort that forced us to check out immediately and book a stay elsewhere. The room provided was completely uninhabitable due to several egregious issues: Hygiene & Health: The room was infested with mosquitoes, and the bedding was visibly soiled and appeared unwashed. Failed Facilities: The toilet flush was completely broken, rendering the bathroom unusable. When we brought these issues to the staff's attention, the response was incredibly slow. To make matters worse, the manager showed a complete lack of accountability and offered no apology for the substandard conditions. Because the hotel failed to provide a clean, functional environment or a timely solution, we had no choice but to vacate the premises. Save your money and stay elsewhere—this was a total failure in both basic hospitality and customer service.
