Ada urusan di Jay Bee....sudah 2 kali menginap di sini. Parking senang, urusan check in mudah, staff mesra. Keselamtan okay.....sederet situ ada balai polis. Aeon permas dekat, lapar ada kedai mamak di situ. Berjalan kaki sahaja.

Overall value for money but noisy
Very noisy with people dragging chairs and knocking throughout the night. This is my second time here. Overall value for money but not recommended for light sleepers

Deluxe King 3D2N
Stay in deluxe king room for 3D2N. Staff are very friendly and customer oriented. They remember my name and room number and are always around to help. Location is super convenience., just next to Aeon and across the bridge is you have countless eateries and amenities. Few minutes drive to Southkey mid valley as well. Aircon is strong and room is clean. Highly recommended it is definitely worth more than 3-star

Value for money
It was our first time to book at this hotel because the usual hotels we stayed in Permas Jaya was fully booked on that day. The hotel is not very attractive in terms of its facade and not easily to locate but it is just nearby Aeon and across many shops and restaurant in Permas Jaya. Room is very small for a family of three adults but it does provide basic amenities for the guest. Easy check in/out and staff are very easy to talk to. I find this hotel economical for short stay and budget conscious, and I would stay here again. My only comment is that some of the furniture inside the room are very dusty like those lamp posts and pockets of divider hence the management should look into this to up its rating. Otherwise, I would recommend this hotel.
