Isolated!
Fine as an overnight stop if you can find it off the new roads but rather bleak with only a closed down Burger King and a petrol station for company.

When I arrived The staff were friendly. But in route to my room The hall carpet was disgusting. The smell was of dampness. My room although clean Had this musty damp smell . Yes the staff agreed the carpet was going to be replaced and showed me this in the entrance. But for me this was Poor. There is nothing but a garage nearby unless willing to drive

Disappointing
Terrible place to stay, got lost finding it to begin with as hidden behind a petrol station with no visible Travel Lodge sign, also adjoining Burger King was closed and no where in walking distance to eat. Travelling with my sister so booked twin beds in a double room, as there was and option to do so, but was told there's no twin beds in the room, so would need to upgrade & pay more for a family room if I required that. Small telly and stained carpet, and remote control had no back to it, so batteries fell out. Was was clean and comfortable though. Overall not a nice place to stay as no food available and even the pub in the area was very pricey!
