Namaste Benares Varanasi

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Although the hotel from outside gives a 1 star feeling but rooms are not less than any 3 star hotel. Facility in the room is good. For daily cleaning we had to remind them many times as their staff first get the rooms ready for the new guests (check-in), they only clean the room for existing guests after 1 pm. Staff is very cooperative and helpful.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. PRO:-The best part of the hotel is the staff — they are polite, courteous, and genuinely helpful. The property is located in a prime area, yet slightly away from the main road, which keeps it free from dust and traffic noise. The location is definitely a strong advantage. The hotel also has a very good in-house restaurant, **Swad Banares**, which serves tasty food at reasonable prices. The rooms are reasonably spacious, have a pleasant ambiance, and the beds are quite comfortable. There is also ample luggage storage space, which is very convenient. CON:- However, there are a few areas that need improvement. The housekeeping team does not seem very attentive to detail. Rust has already started appearing on steel faucets and other bathroom fittings. The walls , up to about a meter high , are full of scratches, both in the room and the bathroom. It seems that wall maintenance is being overlooked. Since the hotel is still relatively new, these issues are manageable for now, but they should be addressed promptly. The water pressure is very low, making it difficult to take a proper shower. The hot water supply is extremely slow , it takes nearly 20 minutes to fill a single bucket. I had to request that two buckets be filled before my bath. Additionally, basic room amenities such as milk, tea, and drinking water are not proactively provided; guests need to request them. Room service also requires follow-up. These small shortcomings make the hotel feel more budget-oriented than it should, especially considering that it charges three-star hotel rates. If the management were to invest even Rs 100 per day per room in proper amenities and maintenance, the overall experience would feel much more aligned with a good three-star standard. First of all too good location.....room was little bit small..... budget friendly.... overall good.....but we faced one problem that when we weren't in our room...one of the staf entered in our room and placed two water bottle without our permission.....then we complaint .....cause it's a safety issue.....they told the staff is newly appointed....he mistakenly...done this....they were sorry for this..... otherwise hotel is pretty decent....

ห้องพักโดยรวมสะอาดกว่าที่คิดไว้มากๆ เปิดห้องไปแล้วว้าวเลย คิดตรงที่น้ำร้อนไท่ร้อนแบบสะใจ หรือไม่รู้วิธีเปิดไม่รู้ โดยรวมคิดว่าคุ้มค่าเงิน และหลับสบายเพราะอยู่ในซอยเลยไม่ได้ยินเสียงแตรรถเลย ดีมากๆ

I booked 2 rooms for 5 days at Namaste Benaras & am very happy with their services. Food quality was very good & at reasonable price...food quantity was also sufficient for the price we paid for. Only if they have their own in-house family car. for various site visits ..that would add a feather in their [otherwise] impeccable services. Staff were very helpful & polite.
