Staff are great and helpful however there were some issues we encountered: WIFI was so slow/ no connection Signal is no good too (maybe since we were on the 2nd flr) "Extra bed" = sofa bed. Can be compromised however it was wobbly (accident-prone) We can hear what the other room's playing in the tv The only channel we can watch clearly is INCTV (???), and since the wifi is weak we cant connect it to youtube/other platforms to watch anyting or play music We can hear the noises outside the room (ex hallway noises) Toiletries provided was 1 set (for 3 people ???, twas so small that 1 person can use all of it in one go) - requested another but to no avail. Was told that they will replenish it the next day but nothing came. *kinda disappointing since the rooms are quiet pricey Plus point: Great staff Good breakfast Beautiful swimming pool Nice interior Still recommendable. I just hope that all the weak points be given attention.

Easy access to transportation and food hub. Staffs are friendly and approachable. Their breakfast buffet is excellent too, especially my fave ube champorado 🥣

Our stay at Uma was great. Our room was clean. The service was exceptional. I would stay at Uma again on my next trip to Naga. My only complaints are that the split type AC unit dripped drops of water onto the floor and that there was a charge for an extra towel.

I’ve stayed here several times before, but this visit was different. Unfortunately, the Front Desk staff, particularly those on the morning shift, were not accommodating or welcoming, which made the experience less pleasant. On a positive note, I’d like to commend the Housekeeping team, Breakfast staff, and the Security Guards. They were all warm, courteous, and genuinely hospitable throughout our stay.

Room was good, clean and tidy. However the restarant was closed for renovation (I was not told when booking) also the swimming pool and gym and pool bar closed (not stated on booking). There was a Php3,000 cash deposit collected on check in. I was also accused of breaking a marble table in the room "Housekeeping advised us there is a crack, did you notice anything when you checked in?". Honestly it was a micro crack not visible to the eye and I don't make a habit of checking every piece of furniture when I get to my room. The manager arraived and confirmed I was not responsible but on check out I was again informed of the damage, no doubt a demand for compensatio and retention of deposut was forthcoming"...mysteriously the manager was "out of station today sir"... Upon threat of calling the police I was refunded my deposit. I truly wonder if this is a scam and if any other guests have been caught by this tactic. That said the rooms are comfy and it is good value at the price I paid
