My room smelt bad and I seen a roach one night water was so hot hardly could stay in shower long hah to go to office at 1 in the morning my key wasn't working no breakfast and they advertised they did. no coffee pot in room or microwave and no coffee in lounge area so disappointed stayed 3 days 🙃 😑

If you ONLY need a place to lay down at night, this fits the bill. There really isn't much here, but what is there feels pretty solid. -Lenolium floors felt a bit strange, but somehow they were very clean as I never felt any dust/dirt on them as I walked. -Bed was comfy, albeit with OVERLY stuffed pillows, but the sheets were surprisingly soft. -Our king room had a 'corner chair' with a rollable ottoman/foot rest. -There's a mini-fridge, but no microwave. -A/C was good, but is not turned on prior to you walking in the door so expect it to be stuffy. -Shower had plenty of pressure and could get hot. -The "worst" part is the exterior and organization of rooms. --There are seams in the building, mostly along stairways, that have water leaking (hopfully just from the roof). --There are people living in certain rooms, which is not an issue in itself, but just wish it was organized so that "overnight guests" weren't having to interrupt "tenants" in their familiar spaces to go to/from their travels while in Orlando. (to note, no tenants seemed bothered nor did they bother any guests, I just feel they'd enjoy it more if they had their own designated space). There's nothing "overly fantastic" about this place, but for the price & location, it's clean, quiet and a pretty solid night's sleep. If you aren't in need of many 'bells' this is a bit of a hidden gem.

Property was quiet and clean! Staff was friendly and very helpful!

Old, scary with long term renters living there. More like slums.
