The old house is a gorgeous piece of early 20th century architecture and sots on a lovely plot next to the sleepy Phetburi river, however the rooms are not in the main building but still well laid out basic and very spotlessly clean. I visited on a Monday which is very quiet and no staff only one lady who seemed to be doing everything. Lucky there are loads of eating and interesting places nearby The town is totally underrated and a must visit if you want to get a glimpse of rural /provincial life I'm Thailand

This property is located on the river bank so its not just beautiful yet also quiet with no through traffic of any kind. Host does not speak Englush yet her daughter does and Google translate serves communication between host and guests. We speak enough Thai to get by and learn more with each visit. Large rooms, even larger bathrooms all immaculately clean and well-maintained. No breakfast option yet so much food located locally just steps away out in the road. Local eateries are good, cafes in abundance. We spent 2 nights as part of our motorbike tour around Thailand. Highly recommended accommodation and city of historical and cultural interest.

Super clean room. Location is good, staff is nice and helpful. Hotel has area to park car around 3-5 cars (3 in car park lot, around 2 or 3 parked on either side. We have chance to visit main building which is look like private museum of hotel owner. And lastly, it would be good to have silverware to provide for customer. Anyway, i recommend this hotel. If have chance i will come back again.

This well preserved historic building nestled in the old town with easy access to markets, restaurants and walking street market (on Saturdays); the room was clean and comfortable; no breakfast but snacks from notable nearby shops were provided in the morning; tour of the historic building was a must upon request.
