We were optimisties seeing the outside of resort but that was sadly, shortlived. We were asked to pay THB 300 key deposit and and additional (non refundable) THB 100 for an extra duvet as the duvet on the ved did not coverb the entire mattress. The room was spacious but... Decor in room was odd - paintings almost at the top of the 3m wall, TV offcentre to the bed and also almost 2m up on a wall. The 1 "bedside" lamp was also almost at ceiling height and the light switch on the opposite side of the bed .. industrial toilet paper holder in bathroom. Pillows was hard, stained and stank of old sweats- linen seemed clean. No Coffee/Tea facilities but a stoked minibar. We returned to 2 dead cockraoches after they cleaned the room. Might be what someone else prefers/like but we would certainly not be back.

The staff is very accomodating and helpful, but has hidden charges like the foods found in the fridge and trays (I thought they were free). Also, the location does not have much nearby restaurants and cafes, so food options are very limited. Work around would be using GRAB. Though they still have a lot of things on construction. I believe once the construction works are done, the place would greatly improve. Overall its still a good place, given its price.

Pleasantly surprised by beautiful exterior upon arrival but that was, sadly, short lived.. - Asked to pay THB 300 key deposit - Another THB 100 blanket deposit as the duvet was too small for the bed - Kimberly Clark industrial toilet rolls in the bathroom - No tea/coffee making facilities - Hard, stained pillows that smelled really bad (even though linen was clean) and no acknowledgement when asked to change them - very odd positioning of decor and lighting and no plug point by the "vanity area" We decided to rather head home a night early than spend another night. Whilst I can see what they were trying to achieve, and it could have been great, I am afraid that it is failing and I will sadly, not be back, nor recommend the resort for the nightly rate charged.
