We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel for families. The hotel is very clean, modern, and beautifully designed. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the atmosphere and attention to detail. What made this stay truly special was our 4-year-old daughter’s reaction. She kept saying, “This is the best hotel in the world!” When it was time to check out, she started crying and asked if we could stay for three more days. It was heartbreaking to tell her that we had to leave. She continued crying for quite a while during our drive away because she didn't want to say goodbye to the hotel. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options, and the coffee was exceptional. We especially loved the bean-to-cup coffee machine, which produced fresh, aromatic, and flavorful coffee every morning. Thank you for creating such a memorable experience for our family. We would definitely love to come back someday.

This hotel is like an insane asylum. You seldom see an employee, including at the front desk; but if you do, they stare directly at the floor, no eye contact, won't greet you...as if their paychecks are bouncing. Just eerie/creepy. Breakfast was a joke. Tiny rooms, inadequate cleaning/maintenance. They double-charged me, and I finally had to file a credit card dispute to get it resolved. Avoid the problems I experienced, and steer clear. Avid = Avoid
