Access to the Inn is via narrow twisting Country Roads, however on arrival there is a large free parking area at the rear. The Apartment was just an extended room with a large on-suite shower room. The room was clean, fresh and comfortable with good refreshment facilities, willingly replenished on request. The bar/restaurant is small but has character and atmosphere compatible with its' history. I only had breakfasts, which were well prepared and presented and thoroughly enjoyed. The host was very friendly and helpful, ensuring my wife and I had an excellent meal, pre-planned commitments prevented us from sampling evening meals. Overall, my 2 nights stay was good value, and I would stay at The Old Inn again.

We had a fabulous stay at The Old Inn with a warm welcome straight away by Leah and all her members of staff. The food was absolutely delicious. The room was so comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble to make our stay perfect. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely old inn deep in the countryside, lots of history in the village and lots of lovely walks with fantastic scenery. Lovely bed linen and towels, comfy bed. Staff very helpful and aim to please. Food, typical pub food for dinner. Breakfast very good, full English or something smaller if you request it, they aim to please. Dog friendly.

We had a 3 night stay in a warm cozy room with en-suite facilities. The breakfast and evening meal were fantastic, Leah, the landlady, is an exceptional cook and host. We will be returning.
