I like the entire setup of this little town. Everything conveniently located. You can walk, and there are ample shopping facilities around. The italian restaurant at the ground floor is excellent! Try to get the room with the balcony. 5 thumbs up!

Nice stay with an italian restaurant underneath

I like the entire setup of this little town. Everything conveniently located. You can walk, and there are ample shopping facilities around. The italian restaurant at the ground floor is excellent! Try to get the room with the balcony. 5 thumbs up!

Exceptional

Hello sir/ma'am I have an issue with my stay. My luggage is lost since Saturday and I have no clothing. I file a lost bags claim and have to travel back to the airport daily to find out the status. Until now there is no update as to when or where my bags and that they are somewhere in Chicago airport. I'm not sure if I can get a reimbursement as I checked out today Monday. I talked with manager at the hotel and told me to contact the booking angency and then you will contact him and see what can be done. Thank you!
