I do recommend this place. Ruth, the owner, was more than helpful with issues I had outside the hotel! She and her staff are absolutely amazing, helpful and friendly. They are on the outskirts of town so you have to do a bit of walking to get anywhere or use grab. I had issues with some cleanliness and they took care of it immediately.

We had a wonderful family stay at Sinai Bungalow in Sapa! The place is peaceful and serene, perfect if you want to relax away from the busy town center. The staff, owner, and manager are incredibly friendly and supportive — they truly made us feel at home. Highly recommended for families looking for a quiet and welcoming place in Sapa. We would definitely stay here again! 💛

We booked 1 night for a standard bungalow. The staff don’t speak English and barely effort made to make us feel welcomed or comfortable. It’s just very transactional. We had better experience in another stay in Sapa now that I could compare. We arrived early due to sleeper bus’ arrangement at 6+am. Dropped off our bags and left for Fansipan. When we came back, the young lady took us to number 4 instead of number 5. It’s slightly higher than 5, it’s almost hitting ground though, right above firework place. We had a comfortable sleep in that quiet standard bungalow. We never step out from check in at 4.30pm until our check out at 10am next day. The flight of stairs was very exhausting and it’s located 15-20mins away from Sun Plaza. There are no other food options walking distance from the accommodation. We had planned to shower and head to the Sapa Love Market but we stayed in because it’s quite a chore to travel that distance. Since the main door and toilet doors are all transparent, we were drawing curtains all the time. The water from the bathtub’s tap wasn’t hot enough and I had to keep boiling water to fill it. The water pressure in the toilet was good but it can cause a flood. The water temperature is difficult to control. After seeing the mountain views at Fansipan, the view to me just looked like someone’s backyard, wasn’t exciting. All in all, for the inconvenience, communication and the “mountain view”, I won’t spend another stay with them at *** again. Honestly, there are better stay around. A mountain view may not necessarily be needful since you’ll see the view everywhere, from the cafe, restaurant, car ride, etc. Go trekking for better view!

Please be careful and review the details. Beds like sleeping on solid rock, smelly rooms, Noisy. Expensive considering the facilities. Not worth the money.
