We booked our stay with high expectations, and at first, everything went perfectly. The check-in process was smooth, and we felt comfortable and welcomed. But as the night went on, our experience took an unexpected turn. The first issue we encountered was the loud videoke noise coming from nearby houses. It was difficult to rest, and we struggled to sleep. Thankfully, the hotel staff assisted us in transferring to another room, where the noise was less noticeable. However, what happened later that night was something we will never forget. My nephew, who was already running a fever, suddenly woke up crying uncontrollably. He was having a terrifying episode, as if he wasn’t himself. It was deeply frightening to witness, and we didn’t know how to help him. The next morning, he told us something that gave us chills—he said he saw a “white lady” child. Even more unsettling was that he had no memory of his actions during the episode, despite us showing him the video we had taken. It was an experience that left us shaken and disturbed, turning what was supposed to be a relaxing stay into something we could not easily forget.

beautiful place, nice location, some staff should always be welcoming. others just dont smile and never care. i love the buffet breakfast pero di pala palagi pag na reach lang nila ang number of guests. kaya medyo nabitin kami sa breakfast nung last day namin hehehe. but i still love to recommend casa lorenzo kasi napakaaffordable niya and ang ganda talaga ng facade and the ambiance . mapapawow ka talaga.

The place was amazing. I feel i went back in time. The staff are friendly and helpful even the security guards are very helpful . They will answer queries very fast but the only problem is the room. 1st day AC is not working properly. Room is too small for 3 beds were there is no space to put our luggages. Phone is not working so we need to go down everytime we need something but they gave us the messenger so we can contact them thru that. 2nd day they transferred us to a bigger room which is very good spacious but ac is leaking and no hair dryer available and again phone is not working. Overall stay was actually good since the place is quiet and staff are all good and friendly.

we just extended our stay and all i can say the place is nice and peaceful. All staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

I am impressed with the charm and old world elegance of the hotel, especially with all the lights at night. For the price we paid it is really very good value.
