No lift, no restaurant, no cleanliness at car parking, no security guard 😤

This is not recommend for family. Rooms are not provided on time and booked for no smoking room and interconnect room, but allotted different rooms and both the rooms filled with cigarette smell. Facilities also not alike the pics. Very below average and not worth for money. Mainly not recommended for family. No lift. 👎🏻

Very nice and perfectly maintained Hotel. It's staff members were very helpful especially to a senior citizen like me.

Here’s a cleaner and more professional version of your feedback: We booked two rooms through Agoda; however, the check-in experience was very disappointing. The staff made us wait for nearly an hour before allocating the rooms. Initially, they claimed that our booking could not be found, and later they provided one room while stating that the key for the second room was misplaced. After a prolonged delay, both rooms were eventually assigned. Overall, the check-in process was poorly managed and left a negative first impression.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations due to severe maintenance issues.To begin with, the overall room upkeep was very poor. The most frustrating part was the bathroom, where the toilet flush was completely broken and not working. Additionally, the room lacked proper soundproofing. I could clearly hear constant noise and sounds coming from the neighboring room throughout my stay, which made it very difficult to rest.Management really needs to look into basic room readiness and maintenance before checking in guests. I would not recommend staying here until these plumbing and noise issues are resolved.
