Good property Good location.

During my recent stay, one of the most notable positives was undoubtedly the location of the property. It is ideally situated, offering convenient access to numerous local attractions, restaurants, public transport, and other amenities. For travelers prioritizing proximity to the city’s vibrant spots, the location alone could be a strong selling point. However, beyond this advantage, the overall experience left much to be desired. The property struggled significantly in areas critical to a comfortable and satisfying stay: 1. Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the property was below expectations. There were noticeable lapses in room hygiene, bathroom maintenance, and common areas. These issues made it difficult to fully relax or feel comfortable during the stay. Regular housekeeping and more stringent cleaning protocols are necessary. 2. Staff Responsiveness: Another major concern was the lack of attentiveness and responsiveness from the staff. Requests and queries were often met with delays or a lack of initiative. This had a direct impact on guest satisfaction, as prompt and courteous service plays a vital role in the hospitality experience. 3. Facilities and Amenities: The facilities did not align with what was advertised or expected. Some amenities were either not functioning properly or were poorly maintained. This not only diminished the perceived value for money but also detracted from the convenience that guests typically rely on. 4. Value for Money: Given the combination of issues—especially the subpar facilities and service—the property failed to deliver adequate value for the price paid. While the surroundings may justify a premium, the current state of the property does not. Conclusion: While the surrounding area is excellent and offers plenty of convenience and entertainment, the property itself requires substantial improvements in several key areas. Enhancing cleanliness standards, improving staff training and responsiveness, and upgrading the quality of facilities would greatly elevate the guest experience. Until these issues are addressed, potential guests should weigh the pros and cons carefully.

Car Parking is not inside the premises of the hotel its behind it but a big place they have...

Hotel room is spacious but washroom is horrible & not providing handwash,shampoo,bodywash or any other thing.just toileteries.Parking is available quite far away.Veg options are limited and breakfast buffet is not available. Overall,did not wnjoy my stay there.
