I came here again with a friend. The facilities had some issues but the staffs could promptly resolve. It was very clean and the staffs responded to all enquiries quickly. Best to tell the owner to pick up and send to and from city / airport.

Monlomnao is a peaceful place with a stunning view. It doesn't have a TV but there was wifi and it was ok for us as we really enjoyed sitting in our unit admiring the view while we had our food from the homestay. The staff were very polite and responded promptly with our requests. The owners were really kind to help us with our transport arrangements. My hubby left my backpack after we checked out and it was totally kind of them to contact us and the boss' mum even drove to meet us to return it. It was truly a pleasant experience to have stayed there.

The view is spectacular and worth all the way here. However, location is a bit far and taxi’s might ask for additional pay due to tue road and way up. Staff does not speak English but we managed to communicate through manager.

We thoroughly enjoyed the night we spent here on the mai rim with spectacular views, we initially booked 3 nights but because of the location to excursions we only stay for one. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Loved the view. Very serene and quiet environment even w neighbours nearby. It was always so peaceful. Room was very clean so we're the toilets. But not sure why at some point the room had a stench that stayed thruout. The initial fragrance went away that masked the smell. But it was tolerable. As we were out for tours n back by 5pm for dinner. Enjoyed in Room dining. Mookata day 1 and day 2 we ordered dishes. We loved the chicken veg soup.. simple taste but great. Kids had fun w the in Room mookata and have it outdoors was a really fun experience.. We saw fireflies every now and then come flying around. Have to be mindful with kids around on the swing and oitdoor net bed. Was so wonderful to view stars from it.. kids n I loved it so much.. esp in the cool winter.. drying clothes did take alittle longer to dry but the help of a hairdryer was helpful. Hot water for tubs were great albeit slow but kids had fun using them. And they provided bubble baths but if ud like more foam get Lushbath bombs. Tubs we're clean. They use gad heaters so it took a while to understand how to use it.. Rides provided were so soft.. hosts were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was pork porridge and buffet of toast sausage and eggs. Strawberry jam was homemade I believe and SOOOO good.. I would have bought it if they sold it.. SO rich and full of strawberry..
