I booked last minute with no cancellation option. Initially, I thought it was a terrace house because it said "HOME/APARTMENT," but please note this house is above a shop lot. At first, the kids were upset seeing the old building from outside and free parking on the side road-I was worried about parking too. But once we checked in, we were all impressed! The house is super cozy and clean. The kids ended up loving it 😊. We'll definitely come back next time we have business in Mersing town. This house comfortably fits 12 adults. The beds are soft and great for sleeping. Toilet and kitchen are spotless, fully equipped with hair dryer and fridge.

Strategic location but disappointing cleanliness
My legs got bitten by bed bugs. The owner should perform pest control to remove the bed bugs. Other than that is fine.

Mersing day before ferry to Tioman
We're a group of 6 travelling from Singapore to Mersing on a Friday evening which makes it that we'll only arrive around 9/10pm-ish and surprisingly the owner is still at his shop next to the stay! He helped us with the check-in and even let us leave our bike in front of his shop when we went to Tioman (it has cctv!) The stay is clean with sufficient appliances available for the short stay including water dispenser, cups, plates and cutleries for a late night takeaway food to eat. There's also 4 rooms with a total of 6 double beds, can sleep 12! Many food and beverage stores available nearby for our late arrival too. It is also just minutes walking distance from the jetty to Tioman which is perfect for our early morning leave to Tioman. There's also few restaurants within walking distance from the stay for our breakfast. Overall it is a pleasant stay and we will definitely book again if we're in Mersing.
