1. The stay was pretty, just as shown in pics, beautiful place with amazing view. 2. Its close to Kodanad viewpoint, 2-3kms away from the market, there's no restaurants within 2-3 kms of the property but swiggy delivers. 3. The lady at the reception is a pretty good host, special appreciation to her. 4. We had ordered dinner as they offer catering services if told beforehand. We order some stuff along with mashroom manchurian, later they called and said its not available and asked if we could take gobi manchurian and then called us again and said thats also not available so made it paneer manchurian, we didnt like this inconsistency, the dinner was served hot and at the doorstep but taste was average, its a little expensive so better not to order there. 5. Next day for breakfast we had ordered bread omlette previous night itself and they agreed to deliver at 8-8:30am and not late than that since we had to checkout early, they agreed but next day morning they didnt deliver it till 9am, I kept calling them and one of the staff kept telling us that its ready and they'll get it in 15 mins but even after repeated calls they didnt get it and later they call and tell me that bread omlette is not available since they couldnt find eggs anywhere in the city which is ridiculous bcz if you didnt have the stock why did you commit to it and then kept lying the whole time saying it'll be delivered in 15mins. 6. Apart from this everything else is good, stay is perfect go for it.

Incredible service by Jannifer
It is a quite place with a beautifull view. What you are taking is slightly confusing as there are 3 different properties they have. But the service was wonderful. Jennifer makes incredible chutneys. Dosa. And idli were wanderful and fresh. Breakfast tomato chutneys was another hit . Thank you for the great experience. The room we took was the cheapest one , but yet it was quite comfortable. The only lacking thing was the door doubles as a window. Otherwise it was value for money. The location is absolutely fabulous and walking around the place within the tea gardens is remedial.

calm location
it was a good stay with calm atmosphere and good view of the hills. though it is little far from the city the route to the city is easy to access.
