I had a small single clean and functional room that had everything I needed, including a 5 plug extension lead ! The en suite was perfectly adequate with an electric heater for the water in the shower. The tea and coffee making tray provided was an unexpected bonus. Although it's a local pub with pool table, darts & Sky Sports, it's very quiet at night and I had a really good night's sleep. The Continental breakfast in the morning was more than adequate. Just one thing to watch out for - don't let your SatNav guide you into Collett St. from New St. You can't get out again to find the pub car park - you have to do a " turn tight, right again and yet again " to access the car park from Musely Hill. But that's a minor fault. I would definitely stay here again.

Stopped for one night while on a bicycle trip. Greeted by friendly landlady in the pub. Room was spartan, but very clean. Bed was comfortable. Ground floor room had direct access to outside and was large enough to keep my bike inside for the night. Pub was great (no real ale, though). Dinner menu was limited, but food was good. Could hear some noise from the pub garden, but I slept with earplugs so no issue. Pleasantly surprised by breakfast buffet, which had a great selection. Will stay again if passing through ware.

a very comfortable stay, room was clean & i Slept well, only issue i had was no cooked Breakfast which i really missed.

Amazing staff! Great buffet continental breakfast. Small but comfortable room, could do with a paint but great value in Ware, perfect for my business needs
