Polite staff Nice location as it is quite near to Airoli railway station Amenities were okish. Good for a short stay.

Rooms are verry small and if you come through Agoda you do not get the bigger rooms or rooms with window. You get the smallest room without windows. Extremely cramped and musty smelling of cigarettes

The location of the hotel is very good, And the staff is very supportive. But cleanliness is not upto the mark.. there were lot of cockroaches it was kind of gross. So would not recommend this hotel.who expect basic cleanliness.. Upon my request staff did give me different room but still it was the same case next day. But I have to say staff was listening to your requests

Worst experience, the room is very small and not like how it is shown in the images. The bedsheet, cushion, towel everything were so damaged, it was burnt with the cigarette and everywhere it had holes. Cleanliness was not there. The staff was so arrogant, they couldn't even find the booking details properly Even after showing and were asking multiple times for the details. In the entire hotel, smoking smell was there even in the room. I have specially selected for a non smoking room and still they have given me a smoking one. Cigarette's smell was coming out of that room like they had lit hundreds of cigarettes over there. I asked for the different room because I just can't breathe in such an environment. Overall, worst experience creepy vibes. Wouldn't recommend specially if you are travelling with female travellers.

The type of amount that I paid and the type of room and facilities I received such a bad experience the room size is like store room no space no complimentary water everything was paid. Agoda of someone is trusted you while booking you guys make sure to ensure the traveller must get good experience in stay.
